The peat material of this pot will break down with moisture, allowing the plant's roots to grow through it and in to your preferred medium.
If you fill this pot with coco coir and seed raising mix, it is perfect for seed germination and raising seedlings. Once the plant is big enough, you simply transfer it in to your medium of choice.
